Virgin Mobile is my phone company, and today I received my bill. It is $ 327.69 and the main reason so high because of roaming fees. I thought that homelessness was included in my plan, but it was not and I really need to reduce my bill or my phone is removed. What is the best way to lower my bill? You beg and plead. Your chances are extremely slim. You used the service and you owe Virgin for it. In this economy, Virgin is unlikely to reduce much, if anything.
